We are an art company seeking to launch a new art concept as described here

We seek somebody to develop and run a PRESS CAMPAIGN to introduce the new Art Installation concept to relevant PRINT MEDIA. We seek immediate tangible measurable results within the 4 weeks of the upcoming month of September.
OUR AUDIENCE: Art Lovers, Art Buyers and Art Investors.
PRIMARILY TARGETED LOCATIONS: Europe, UAE, USA and Australia (or as to your recommendations)
Total monthly budget is limited to Euro 250 (for all the costs of the campaign including your work)
Test period: 4 weeks September 2022
(1) Initial discussion to get familiar with the concept and requirements.
(2) Thereafter you will design the strategy to be approved by us.

(4) Once approved you will start your activities and handle necessary tasks related to that starting from September 1 through September 30,2022.
What would be your total service package and the different tasks that you would provide and how much would possibly go into paid third party activities or platforms, and which part would go to you?
We prefer to work with people with whom we can have a personal once a week online meeting via WhatsApp or Zoom to discuss progress and find eventually required changes.
If successful we will continue month by month, possibly with an increased budget.
